Dr Jacqueline Altree

BA(Hons), BSc, BMBS, FRACGP

After graduating from Deakin Medical School, Warrnambool, in 2011, Dr Altree completed an internship and residency at Royal Adelaide Hospital. In 2016 Dr Altree gained her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Altree's special interests include preventative health, patient education and a passionate commitment to patient advocacy in regard to mental and sexual health. Dr Altree is involved in the supervision and training of GP Registrars and Deakin Medical School students.

Dr Johanna Moloney

MBBS, DCH, ACEM, RANZCOG, FRACGP

Dr Moloney (nee Kelly) studied at Monash University, graduating with her MBBS in 2012.
She worked at Barwon Health (now University Hospital Geelong), where she completed her Internship, as well as her Diploma of Children's Health, Certificate of Emergency Medicine and her Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Dr Moloney has worked in General Practice in the Grampians and Southwest Victorian regions. She gained her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2019.
Dr Moloney's special interests are in Women's Health, Children's Health and Emergency Medicine.

Dr Olivia Gubbins

MD, FRACGP

Dr Olivia completed her medical degree at Flinders University, South Australia, in 2018 and completed her intern year in South West Healthcare, Warrnambool. She remained at South West Healthcare for her residency as well as when she embarked on her GP Fellowship training in 2021.

Dr Olivia left South West Healthcare to start her family mid-2021, returning to work in early 2022 when she joined Ochre Medical Jamieson, Warrnambool. After 2 years at Ochre Medical, Dr Olivia moved to Seaview Medical, Warrnambool in early 2024, before welcoming her second child in June, after which she joined the Terang Medical Clinic in early 2025.

Dr Olivia and her family reside on their family farm in the greater Mortlake area. As such she has a strong knowledge of the health impacts that our agricultural community experience and is invested in the region long term.

Dr Olivia particular interest is remaining a general GP to better serve the wider community as access to medical care grows increasingly difficult.

Dr Kevin Chang

BSc., MD

Dr. Kevin Chang, MD is joining our practice as a GP Reg. Originally from California, he has called Australia home for the past 10 years.

Dr. Chang has a Bachelor of Science from The University of Southern California and used to work in Data Analytics while he completed Pre-Medicine coursework at Harvard University Extension and San Francisco State University. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at University of Queensland with clinical rotations at Ochsner in New Orleans , Louisiana , Princess Alexandria and Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

Dr. Chang has spent the last few years at Cairns Base Hospital, Innisfail and Mossman Hospital where he completed Internship and continued employment as a Junior, Senior, and Principal House Officer, completing rotations in Emergency, General Medicine, Geriatrics, Psychiatry, Surgery and Rural Medicine.

Previously working at Terang Medical Clinic as a GP Registrar, we are delighted to see him return.

Dr Christopher Lim

B. Med

Dr. Lim graduated from The University of Newcastle in 2013, where he completed internship and residency in the Hunter New England area. For the next 8 years Dr. Lim studied and practiced as a Registrar in Physician training. Dr Lim practiced in many different settings including Canberra, Alice Springs, Geelong, Tasmania, Perth, Bairnsdale, and then Busselton before coming back to Geelong to complete the previous 6 months as an ED Registrar at the University Hospital Geelong.

Dr. Lim is training to be a General Practitioner as part of the RACGP program.

Previously working at Terang Medical Clinic as a GP Registrar, we are delighted to see him return.

Dr Lim's special interests are Adult medicine and Gastroenterology.

Dr Emily Webb-Smith

MBBS, ARANZCOG (Adv.P)

Dr Emily Webb-Smith is joining us as a GP Registrar in February 2026. Dr Webb-Smith has a special interest in Women's Health.

Dr Thummini Jayasinghe

MBChB - University of Dundee 2020

Dr Thummini Jayasinghe graduated from the University of Dundee in Scotland before gaining extensive experience across the UK and Australia. Her clinical background spans Emergency Departments in Gosford, Wyong, and Broken Hill, as well as in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Melbourne’s Mercy Hospital for Women.

Thummini is currently a GP Registrar completing her Certificate of Women's Health. She chose General Practice as to offer the greatest ability to improve long-term health through continuity of care. She is particularly passionate about preventative medicine, striving to empower her patients to make informed, evidence-based decisions at every stage of life.

Now living in Terang, Thummini enjoys exploring coastal walks with her cocker spaniel and discovering local farmers' markets. She spends as much time as possible hosting friends and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
